I'm back, babies! The fam and I had a grand ol' time in sometimes sunny/mostly overcast San Diego...lots of good times with the nieces and nephew, yummy home-cooked meals, beach walks, and hilarious talks with my LA besties. I had an hour to kill before the flight back to Beantown, so I met up with my pal and cruised over to Abbot Kinney in Venice. Being there made me realize just how much I miss my old stomping ground and the bohemian, beachy lifestyle. After seeing this photo channeling that vibe perfectly, I am going to go wild and buy every permanent marker I can find so I can doodle all over myself....Sharpie is jumping for joy right now.
