Oh sweet Jesus, where have these chocolate soufflé cupcakes with mint cream been all my life? They look divine....heavenly....and I know just the baker extraordinaire who has the talent and guts to whip these delicacies up. Karina, I am demanding (ok...more like pleading) that you make these when I see you over Christmas break. ;)
